Standout shade from OPI's Holiday 2016 Breakfast At Tiffanys collection. This is a beautiful sky blue probably meant to mimic Tiffany blue (probably copy right laws). Tiffany blue has a drop of green as compared to this shade. I picked up the Infinite Shine formula that included the primer base and gloss top coat. This is the first time I'm using this formula so I will update on my YouTube channel.
