Shimmery blood red polish with black speckles. Claims to be matte however I needed to add matte top coat.

One of the "harder" shades to find from Kandee Johnson's first collaboration with Sinful Colors.  Vibrant red with a very slight gold shimmer. Matte finish. Two coats for full opacity. Topped with OPI Matte Top Coat.
